TO whom it may concern! Allen E. Baker age 60and wife Terry A. Baker (also know as Terry Hefferman) age 64 swindled me out of over $5000. I met them at an auction in McAllen Texas where they purchased over $5000 of computers and paid cash. After I told them I had some computes to sell, they came to my business in Harlingen Texas on 7/1/1010 and purchased a lot of computers and related items. They own Global Comp One at 9440 chivers ave, Sun Valley, Ca. The bakers live at 731 N. Beachwood drive Burbank, Ca 91506. phone 818-843-1288 or cell 818-262-9361. There main business is to con, scam, lye, cheat and swindle people out of their money. They are good at it and have cheated me out of $5,074.65. They agreed to wire the money and have a trucking company pick up the merchandise. I sent them an invoice and all the papers and they said they would wire the money that day. Later a trucking company showed up to load I called Terry and she assured me the money was wired. I made a bad mistake, we loaded the truck. The following Saturday I meet her at another auction. I asked for the money and she went to get a check from her car. When she returned she said Allen had wired the money and assured me it would be there Monday, it never came. I sent emails and they emailed me back several times that they would pay. After a few weeks of this they refused to talk to me or answer my emails. They still have not paid for my computers. They were at another auction in McAllen on Saturday Jan 28, 2012 and purchased over $5000 of computers again and paid cash.
In addition they even cheat freight companies who haul for them. My friend Cliff Claycomb, who runs Movefreight, inc hauled some computers for them and they went to great lengths to swindle Cliff out of his money for hauling their merchandise. They hire people to work on computers and find ways to not pay them for their work. I have known some con artist but these two are the best. I have learned of other people they have taken and would be glad to pass it along.
