I have just received my credit card bill and found the above company has made charges totalling $189.10 / £128.60 without authorisation. On 05/01/2012 I responded to a 30 day free trial of both products (paying just $9.20 for postage to the UK). By the 23/01/2012 the items had still not arrived so as I would not have time to try them within the 30 days before it expired on the 04/02/2012 so I emailed them and cancelled the order and all future subscriptions as per my rights within the 30 day trial period. They acknowledged this by email and promised no further product would be sent and no future credit card transactions would occur. So you would think that was that but no they made an unauthorised transfer of the above sum from my credit card. I find think this is a fraudulant transaction and the company should reimburse me the amount above. But what action can you take - I will try the credit card company to see if this is covered by their protection policy.
SO BEWARE OF THESE PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY - ITS A SCAM !!!!!!!!
