I too ordered the 10.00 roto punch with 7.95 shipping and handling on 1/31. Forgetting till now that I ever ordered it, the charge ended up on my credit card for 48.50. Not knowing what the charge was for I called the cc company. Then I called the roto punch company only to be told that I ordered 2. I only ordered the one and then they told me i should have checked the order??? Then they proceeded to tell me that they were back ordered, again not even remembering that it was ordered since I hadnt heard a word from them since 1/31. They told me i would have to pay to return the one I nevered ordered. I told them i hadnt ordered it and she told me she sees it in the computer. Guess the people entering the sale never makes mistakes. Well to make a long story short I was told not to accept the package and have them send it back and I am denying the charge too. Now I have to wait for the mailman each day to tell himto return it back to sender that I am not excepting it. What a pain in the ass this has turned into all because of this lously company.
