Money was refunded when I complained. Most of these sites are American where personal info is more readily available, however they make the same claims for UK, ie. prison records, sex offenders, find anyone etc. I wanted to trace a friend who's rough location I knew but coyuld get no results so to check the site I tried to find myself? No results, I did a few more tests with friends, family and neighbours all that I could find in normal phone book and still couldn't get any results. I immediately complained and demanded return of money which I had paid via PayPal and it was refunded. The only site I have found that works in UK is 192.com, this is no recommendation as it works out very expensive and their system of having to purchase credits is not user friendly. If its an American based site then they do not have the access to British records so would give them a miss.
