Two days ago, I was looking at English bulldog breeders online and while scanning through the pages of dog ads, I found this woman named "Jessica Marcos" who had a male and female 10-week old bulldog puppies that she was giving away because they moved somewhere where they cannot have dogs. The ad says she's in San Francisco, which is only about 2 hours from me, so naturally I got excited and sent her an email. She responded rather quickly and told me she had just moved FROM San Francisco and is now in Minnesota. I figured that sort of made sense, hense why she is needing to get rid of the puppies. She was quick with her email responses and had the puppy, "Marcos," at this so-called agency ready to be shipped to me fasr as well. She said I all I had to pay was a $100 adoption fee and $150 transportation fee and he would be to me the next day (yesterday). Everything went through, I had emails coming in from the agency and I was searching the company name, trying to verify everything to make sure this was NOT a scam. At 7 something yesterday morning, a few hours before they told me the puppy would be arriving, a Middle-Eastern man called me. The phone reception was so horrible, I could hardly make out that he was trying to tell me the dog was held up at its second stop at O'Hare and I need to pay a $740 insurance fee! Right then and there I knew there was no Marcos, no bulldog at all, this was a scam. This "Jessica" person started instant messaging my phone almost simultaneously saying the agency needs $740 to finish the transport and was literally begging me to pay it. I was extremey adament that I did not have the money and I will not be paying anymore. She even said she could contribute $350 to try and at least get another $400 out of me. Not happening. She then said she was leaving to go home and meet with some friends to try and raise the money. Haven't heard from her since. Now I'm jumping through hoops to just do whatever I can to make a difference in this situation. Point being, when something sounds too good to be true, IT IS.

  • No problem! Be careful because I found another site by these SAME people. Its melisapuppy.biz.nf. On this one, they advertise two different bulldog pups from jessicabulldogpuppies.biz.nf named "Fredy" and "Binky." I sent them an email from my other email account pretending that I was interested in their puppies. I got the same email from them sent to me three times during the time I was asleep that night, and they didnt even use the right names. Instead of Fredy and Binky, she was talking about MARCOS and MIMI from the jessicabulldogpuppies.biz.nf!!! Idiots. I'm on to them more than they know!
