I paid for the program and they sent me a username and password for their program website. I cannot get into "my" account and cannot find any useful information on their website to help me get started in any way. They are simply selling this and that, but there isn't any way to make a profit using their site from what I can make out. I called the number that is on the website and my receipt, because they advertised that they have a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied for any reason at all, and I want my money back. I get a recording that does me no good at all. When I first purchased the original program, site after site popped up for different upgrades from different vendors, stating I could upgrade for 27$ then 45$ and so on.
