Signed up over a year ago only to find out when the bank approved my account Willowbrook, SHARP could not get cash into escrow. I lost my house! They wanted me to find someone who could buy my home with financing. They say they have cash, NO THEY DONT. I found out they only flip homes although took a lot of my money with their so called S.H.A.R.P. program. They keep moving office and changing phone numbers. My agent says hes had the same problem with other clients he placed with them and refuses to offer their program as they dont perform AND charge fees to do this. He says its against the LAW.
