Was able to use the converter just fine for the first couple of days, and all of a sudden I went to convert and their ads pop up, which WILL NOT go away. There is not a "No Thanks" button to click on. It will not let me convert anything until I download their supposedly "free" trial. These people are absolutely crazy if they think I am giving them my credit card information. Thanks for a nice run Real.com, but you have lost me as a customer!!!
