Entered their site on internet and requested a Vin report for $2.95.
Got report. Yesterday my account was charged $29.95. I tried to
contact them at the 866-610-0652 number I found on the $2.95 charge. Phone # no good. Found another # buried in the account 1-888-613-1485 which a man answered and told me there was nothing to be done. They could cancel my membership. The $29.95 was listed only as carvinchecks.com. The company name is CarVinHistory.com or CarVinHistorys.com and I don't know how many more. I called my bank and had them block any more charges from this account and asked them to resolve. I also contacted the
BBB in utah where the company is listed.
