I was checking my account and found a check for the amount of 38.99. I do not write checks, I only use my debit card. This check was made out to Utell for the amt of 38.99 with a electronic signature. I called my bank to find out what this charge was for and they gave me the number of 18886574414 to call and try to cancel or have them refund the charge. they are only open m-f. I then called my claims department and filed a claim. They said that this could be from a charge that was done from trying to apply for a payday loan over the internet. I am being told now that I have to close out my account so that they do not try to charge my account again. These people are terrible hacking into peoples account. I am just lucky that they did not over draw my account. something needs to be done about these people stealing from honest people.
