I purchased a $25 Barnes & Noble gift card for $15 on December 7th. It was never mailed to me. I've called 8 times total. The first few times I called, I reached a live person, and they told me the shipping had been delayed. Later, I couldn't even reach a customer service person and was forced to leave a message. Now the customer service numbers are inoperable.
