Like other complaints, I could see no place to enter the redemption code. Before I knew it the sale had gone through for USD112.99, a far cry from the CAD39.00 we paid swarm jam. Swarm Jam has tried to recover this on our behalf, but to no avail. They don't answer their phone or reply to any emails. Rip off artists!!!!!!!
