You have not listed the name of the florist that you ordered from. If you ordered online from a florist, were the "affiliated" with a major company, i.e., FTD, or any other well known florist company? If so, contact them and complain that the local florist took the money and didn't deliver the flowers.
If it was a local florist with no affiliation to a major florist company, then go complain to the local Better Business Bureau. They rate companies, and a complaint against the florist will get the offender's attention.
If you charged the payment to a major credit card that can reverse the charges if the product is not delivered, I would check with the card company for any possible recourse. Good luck. -
