I bought a pair of shoes from Charleston Dept. Store.They would not give me a refund.They told me I could get another shoe but there was nothing else I wanted and did not have time for them to order them.I needed them for work the next day.They have a thirty day return policy and it was before 30 days.They refused to give me a refund.I bought the shoes on Jan 31,2012 and took them back in on Feb 26,2012.
