I found out through a visit to my bank recently about 6 charges to my bank account in the amount of $49.95 each. I asked the bank rep who this company was; they brought it up in the computer and gave me a print-out and all the dates that they had charged came out starting on Jan. and on through Feb. Actually 6 times of $49.95 one of $2.95 and the first one of $1.95. Then the bank rep. asked me to call the phone # listed to find out about why they were debiting my account without my authorization, I called and asked them why they said somebody named Josh Knapp had started charging my account somehow. I then told the rep to cancel my account from these charges so he did, he then gave me confirmation numbers. Then DRI Surplus Supplies told me that they could only return charges dating 15 days back from this day, in other words the day I initially made the phone call. Then I went to talk to my bank rep. and he cancelled this account and set me up with a new one and a new debit card.
