Royal Members Events and Services organized an event earlier this month and the girl in the coatcheck booth stole my ipod from my jacket.
When I reported it to the manager on duty he said that they werent responsible for lost or stolen items. That sickens me. She basically gets a free pass to steal from the guests.

- It wasnt the most recent ipod but it still had all my music on it.

- What a bad rep they're getting. Dont book them to do your next event. Royal Members Events and Services dont seem to be giving royal treatment.
