We had purchased two puppies for 600.00 with the shipping on 02/25/2012. Everything was going well or I thought was going well till the day of the shipping. We were supposed to receive the puppies on 02/26/2012 around 6pm. The seller contacted me and said that the shipper ran into a problem at the airport. She said that the airport policy changed and that when transporting animals there was certain crate requirements. So she said that they were going to have to rent the crates from a certain company who deals with this. So she wanted for me to send via moneygram another 340. She said that when the puppies arrive and I return the crates that I would receive the deposits back which was 150 per crate. The 40 dollars was for the rental. 20 per crate. So I said ok. I tried to send the money via money gram through walmart which I had already sent the first time and they would not send it for security reasons. So I contacted the seller and told her that it was denied. She was persistant that I find somewhere else to send the money. I then asked her to have the shipper call me. I wanted to pay the shipper directly. When I received a call the Jason who claimed that he had the puppies and was on the way to the airport. His reception on his phone was terrible. I then received a text from the seller through the so called shipper's phone. I then questioned her how was she sending me a text from the shipper phone. Her reply was that she had set up an easy app through his phone so that she can text from it. The whole time we are communicating via text. The seller claimed to be hard of hearing. When we insisted on talking to some one she finally call using an operator for handicap. So after hearing that we thought ok so maybe she is telling the truth. I then gave up trying to get these puppies shipped and asked her if she could send me a refund. She stated that the shipper has the money and that she was going to inform them that we were requesting a refund and she would text me a reference number. When I asked again about the refund she did not respond back. I the texted her several time and when I texted her I told her thanks for taking my money and not shipping the puppies. She then got angree and said that she is not a thief. I then sent her a text saying that I was sorry for implying that but in my position what else do I think. She then said that it was ok and that I sould have my refund by 02/27/2012. So her it is 02/27/2012 and I sent her a text and low and behold no answer.
