I tried to buy a car on kijiji victoria and the lady,Susanne Whitlock ([email protected]) said she dropped it off at consignment4u,an Ebay drop off store.I paid the money on Feb7 and was told shipping would be done Feb 14. Now my transaction # will not work on their web site and they will not answer my emails
