opened my internet explorer page and this here it was "your iphone 4s is waiting" flashing in my toolbar in a bright green color.
anyways i clicked on the link and to my surprise it took me to some auctioning site...where u could bid on items and get it at a very low price!
so i went to the free auctions. there was a list of items and anyways i tried not knowing what the next step would be!
In a split second i was on another page which said i won the bid for the item which was $2.01 for a samsung phone...an early model.
i wasnt interested in the phone. just wanted to see how the site worked!
but then here they were asking for my credit card information, and there was no way out of this page...no cancel button, nothing!
just the page loading up but remaining on the place where i had to put my information. anyways i was skeptical about this so i just clicked on the next working link which was log out!
the only way to come off this site...even though i wanted to explore the site some more but they wouldnt let me. to them i had to take care of my item by purchasing and then browse the site.
about 2 days after i wen tto the site again and what do u know it opened up on the page where i had to put in my details to purchase the samsung phone. i had some credit on a pre-paid credit card and thought well i should just use it and so i brought the phone for the $2.01. then i go tan email saying my purchase was successful but i had to send in som edocuments to verify who i was...credit card photo front and back, drivers licence or passport and utility bill. I thought Hell NO! why??
so i did the next best thing i saw...got to speck to som eone in live chat! i said to her, why do i have to sent this info, why cant i receive the item i brought. she said well it is to verify who u are. i said i paid for it whta if i dont sent the info but she insisted i had to send the info first and then i receive the item. so i anyways i told her just cancel my account plz. i want no part of that.
she then told me i would have pay cancelllation fees...i was like WTF!!! for what? she said well u are a premium member and to cancell u have to pay and if u dont u have to pay 89.99 for 3 months. i said no way! how the hell did this happen?? she said once u purchase an item u automically become a premium member. it was shocked. i said i never signed for any membership. but she insisted...anyway u know how the rests ends!

its just crazy that ppl use the internet to rip off ppl. im happy that i used a pre-paid card but then i dont want them sending me any mail saying i owe them! these ppl need to be stopped!!! microsoft should do something about this!!!!!!!
