I bought and Item Iphone 4s from them on 6/2/2012. They shipped the item immediately with tracking number everything. Item reached South Africa in 4 days. But then the item was stuck at Customs no notice was given the item was there. I contacted continuously inquiring where the parcel is, all they tell me its at the courier not informing me that the item is being held by EMS customs. Now today weeks after arrival my customer final gets the parcel after paying customs and tax's he opened it up to find 2 Raybans and a Gucci belt. Now I tried contacting them but they are unavailable. Sent the emails no response. I had plenty of order in the pipeline for the various items they advertising but now I have to cancel everything and be worried as Now I have to reimburse my client with the full money back.
