I received a ticket ID: EMQ-199-53919 but when I found out the tricks and devious tactics they used to suck me in, I tried to cancel. I went to Plimus, but they wanted a specific number I did not receive when I signed up. The ticket # is useless except for communication with their support team. I tried by phone, but the customer service dept. is not open. I cannot reach anyone by phone or email. My email password is not recognized. I realize it is only $4.97, but I have been given the run-around for nothing & these jerks have my credit card information. I can't believe I fell for another scam. The site really looked legitimate. Buyer beware!
