I CALLED THEIR NUMBER TO ORDER SOME INTERESTING HOUSEHOLD BOOKS. WHAT HAPPENED IS THAT I WAS BADGERED TO BY ALL SORTS OF OTHER PRODUCTS AFTER GIVING MY CREDIT CARD NO. THE BLABBERING WENT ON AND ON AND ON AND I COULD NOT SPEAK TO ANYBODY TO STOP THE CHATTER AND JUST COMPLETE MY ORDER FOR THE BOOKS AND LET ME GO. I AM VERY CONCERNED THAT MY CREDIT MAY BE COMPROMISED AS THEY WOULD NOT SHUT UP AND EVENTUALLY MANEUVERED MY CALL INTO GETTING FREE CRUISE INFO. I TOLD THE SALESMAN IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS I DID NOT WANT A CRUISE AND HE KEPT SAYING LIKE A JABBERWOKY "WHY WOULDN'T ANYONE NOT WANT A CRUISE.....I SIDE VERY LOUDLY, DISTINCTLY I don't want it!!! and asked him to give me a number I could call with Who Knew Books to complain about the way they handled my order for the boos. He gave me a number that went to a travel agency for cruises. I won't know till I see charges on my credit card for the books if they took out much more than the promised $29.95. By the way, I was supposed to receive free shipping. Thank you very much for helping us consumers!

Called company, could not get a way to cancel the order nor speak to a real
person. They taped messages said 30 days to 6 weeks wait possibly.
Will contact scambook when I see what they did to my credit card

I wish to attach a copy of my bank statement which has not yet been attached here for some reason which is proving my account was falsely charged not $30 but $51.93!! over drafted my account! as of today: 3/7/12
