I ordered an item for my grandson's birthday. The item came the week before his birthday, which would have been last week. It was not the item that he really wanted so I called to get a RMA# on it. On the invoice it does say if you are returning the item they must be called by the third day of receiving it. It says nothing about store credit if not called by the third day. This is absurd! Notification should have been made somewhere along the lines of communication that after three days it becomes a store credit. I have made it clear it was a birthday present and how would I know within three days if that is what he wanted when his birthday was over a week from receiving the item. They are supposed to let me know if they will make an exception because it was a birthday gift. I told them that I would give them THREE days to notify me!!!!!!!!!!!!
