While searching the web for grants for college for my daughter, I purchased via credit card what I thought was a web site to browse for information on grants. I was charged $2.97 for the site, that was fine,however, each month for the past three, I have been charged a total of $153.80 to date. I did not authorize these charges. I would like a refund of the total amount. We have not used the site yet either.
