American immigration Center Inc is pretending USCIS immigration website. The website is look like government official website that e-filing process. It didn't tell if processing through "American Immigration Center" website, they charge $149 before really filling in the immigration form... I think that it is USCIS e-file processing website...then they charged $149. And actual immigration from fee was charged. Total charge is $599! It's very expensive so I checked form filing fee calling USCIS and found out it $450..."American Immigration Center" didn't do any help for filling, just pretending their website is the one page of government official website page, and if just go through it, they charge as e-filing process fee $149. Two of my friends also scammed but untill I realize it and told them, they even didn't know $149 is unnecessay fee for USCIS filing.
When you want to e-filing some government form and if you use Google or seach engines, then "American Immigration Center" came up the top, or almost top of the lists ...before official "U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS)" website. So I guess that many people go this site. I think that this website should be take off from any website listing, and I report this company is scam. I want to get my money back!! Be careful.

- Sites like this should have to declare they are not actually a government site on their front page. Luckily I was suspicious that the government was asking me for a registration fee before I even started filling out the forms but now they have my email and phone number and have already called and written to me. It was the dot com rather than dot gov that further raised my suspicions. I am really angry of behalf of people who are getting scammed into paying this registration fee. The real filing fees you have to pay the government are expensive enough without some scammer taking another $150 off you. Be careful out there.
