Dun & Bradstreet charged our American Express card for $799.00 twice March 2011. We told them we did not renew our membership and they mailed us forms that we did not use.
The person(s) Glenn Theel spoke with kept assuring us they would credit our account. (2) times they did refund our chargesl Now we received a email notice today, February 29, 2012, that our subscription will altomatically renewed via a charge of $899.00.
Theel Auto Inc contacted Dun & Bradstreet by reply that we don't want our subscription renewed on our American Express Card ending in 1032 with an expiration date of 10/2013.
