My wife received vacation cruise offer by fax at work. Sounded great! We contacted Agent, Alan, by phone and mailed a check to secure the cruise package. We were than told to submit a reservation request by mail to Luxury Vacation Promotions in Houston, TX. We've gotten no confirmation from Luxury Vacation Promotions and there is no phone listing for that company. All subsequent calls to contact Encore Tours & Travel at their 1-800-691-1893 number have gone unanswered. It looks like we've been SCAMMED!!!
