I sent for a sample which did come with nothing about HOW much it cost or how long I could try it. Then I see that $89.99 was taken out of my account!!! Without my say so!! I have return it at my cost and I see that it was delivered to them 2-16-2012 But my account still hasn't had the amount of $89.99 put back in!! I'm now at this date 2-29-2012 With No Money and No sample!!!

Im sorry you had an issue. Your account has been refunded today. A simple call inquiry about your refund or the product delivery back to us would have resulted in a full refund, which I went ahead and completed.

No where on our webpage do we present a sample, we offer consumers a trial, try before they buy. Its listed in multiple places all over the website. I apologize that you had a negative experience. The refund should post within a day.
