I received a phone call from Keisha White with Oxford loans and investment. She told me I was fully approved for a 5000 dollar secured loan. She told me all of my options to secure my loan. I choose the collateral payment. On 02/23/2012 I faxed Keisha a copy of my check stub and drivers license as requested. Then she emailed me a copy of the loan agreement I signed the agreement and gave my account information to have the money deposited into my account. I asked Ms. White can I pay the collateral payment over the phone with my debit card she told me yes. I asked her when will the money be in my account she stated if I paid the collateral payment by noon it would be in my account by 4pm that same day. On 2/24/12 I called Ms. White to pay the payment. She told me the credit card machine was down and I would need to send the money thru moneygram. I sent the money to a. Shanea Fagan in Kingston Jamacia. I stayed on the phone with ms. White until ther transaction was complete. My money was not in my account by 4pm. I called ms. White and she assured me that my money would be in my account on Monday she even sent me an email. Well on Monday I got a call from Jason Lambert saying my money won't be into my account until Thursday. Then he calls me this morning telling me iwas not approved for the loan and that theey would try to find me another lender or I can get my money back in 30 days. This was a scam these people are taking peoples money. I need every penny I earn. These people need to be stopped immediately and I'm going to do whatever I can to help put an end to this scam. Its not right!
