Catch this! I ordered flowers, a second time from Wesley Berry ("WB") due to getting a credit from them the first time after they delivered Christmas flowers on my girlfriend's birthday. So I make my second order on 2/28/12 to be delivered on 3/7/12. What do they do? They deliver the flowers on 2/29/12 and completely ruin a big surprise. I immediately send them an email, and they offer to re-send the flowers. I say no, thanks, this is the second mess up - I want my money back. They say, sorry, there is nothing else we can do. In the meantime, my girlfriend, who had sent me a picture of the flowers and thanked me, calls after a long day of work as she returns to her office to find that WB returned during the middle of the day to take back the flowers. They are gone. Are you kidding me?!?!?! I about lost it. I send another email, and the head of customer service, Josh Hetmanski (who tells me he does not have a manager that I can speak to), states that "A new delivery will be made on the requested date. That is what I have told my delivery team to do. I will add extra money to the order for the issues with this order." Hey Josh, your pick up guy forgot to take the card. Are you going to put a new note on the next batch, or just use the old note - again?!?!? For real?!?!? How can you take flowers from a girl after you already delivered them? And now, you will make it all better with new bigger flowers? No thanks. I want my money back. No, I take that back. I want people to stop buying flowers from you. This is ridiculous. There needs to be a stop to it.
