I also signed up for so-called "free" advice from Martin Lewis' money saving expert's website and have been charged 2 x 20 British pounds (sorry have an Australian laptop with no pound sign). 1 x 10 pounds taken out last month (February 2012) and another 1 x 10 pounds taken out in January 2012. Am going to get my bank to cancel this unauthorised direct debit that I did NOT agree to. This should be a warning to anyone else thinking they are getting something that is advertised as being free when it clearly is not.

This is not as direct debit it is an ongoing transaction.
First thing is to contact the banks fraud department and change your account details. -
