I am in need of some legal advice please. I sent $275.00 on Feb , 3rd 2011 to Professional Teeth Whitening in Fort Worth Texas for the first 1/2 of a top set of veneers. I sent the other 1/2 f of 275.00 from my checking account in March of 2011. They said approx. 4 weeks to get them to me (per their policy), which turned into excuse after excuse by April of 2011. Finally I said either they are in the mail by a certain date or I was turning them in for fraud. I had them within 1 week. Their policy was you could not get a refund until you got the first set and did not like them they would refund your money once you sent them back. I tried them on and they needed adjustment and they also broke when I tried them on. I contacted the company and they said send them back and you will be our top priority on a new set, 2 weeks time frame. I keep in touch almost every week and was told they are going out the door to now two more weeks, and so on and so on.....I contacted them again on June 30th to find out what was going on and was told they needed more time but would be coming soon. I said NO MORE and requested a full refund that day. I was asked to send an email to client services to get my refund and state why I wanted my refund. Two days later the veneers showed up in the mail and NOT my refund. The set was way too big and not only that I asked for my 575.00 refund and not the veneers. What was funny was they shipped out the same day I asked for my refund, but I was told they needed more time. If they needed more time why did they ship that day I asked for a refund. I got a hold of a lady by the name of Laurie Hall and told her they had until the end of the day on 7/6/11 to get the money back into my account they took the money out of plus shipping charges I paid to send them back. 581.03. I shipped the veneers back to them yesterday and still NO REFUND as of 7/25/11. I need help getting my money back????
