I signed up for a one time vehicle report for $2.95. I had no idea they were going to charge me $29.95 every month thereafter. I have been charged for three months. I have called and have been told the supervisors are in a meeting. They said they would refund 29.95 but after reading everyone's complaints I doubt I will ever see that. I keep calling and asking for a supervisor. I made a complaint to the BBB of Utah and even got the number for a law firm in the same suite number as this Car Vin History. I am really fired up. I will now make a dispute with my credit card company and hope to get the money back.

- The BBB of Utah was VERY beneficial for me. I received my refund about 3 3 weeks after the initial charge. Make sure you follow through with everything the BBB sends you. I had to accept or decline the offer before they would do anything more.
