first time I used this service.Refund of 49.15.it shoulc have been$164.00.I called them and the told me that charges for bank transfers amounted for the differenc e.About $115.00 in charges.There advertising on the webpage says Free E file,Free direct deposit free customer support.They say that I signed fthe I agree to the terms.She is supposed to be sending me a copy of the form.I thought it was strange for me to E file before I could print the form,Yhis is a definate ripoff.
