He tried to rent me a house that he didnt own.
He put an ad on craigslist for a house for rent in rockford il for $700.00 a mouth with a in ground pool.If you want more info to email him.
so i done so. he gave me the address of the house and the details.
he sent me an applaction to fill out for renting the house. so i filled it out and then we gave him the deposit the he asked for ($550.00). then when we were ready to move in send him the first mouth in which we did.

- Hi There, James E. from Holland MI, say I'm about to move out west and googled myself to find this crap, is there any way you can remove this post. I'd be much obliged. What scares me is I'm actually a Realtor from here, and now people out west may google me and find some other James E. scam that I'm not involved with in any way. You can find my agent site at fivestarlakeshore.com here in MI. Anyhow I'm moving and I know for sure my name is going to be searched by prospective people, and I'd really rather not have some other dickwad from some other land screwing up my average reputation. As in agent my own listings get hijacked from Craigslist and emails very easily get made up and quickly people call my real listings to bitch me out. It's a real pain in the ass, that's why I quit putting my own listings on CL a long time ago. So I can feel your pain. I must have gotten dozens of calls from people looking to rent homes I had no connection with at all, even threats of peoples money hijacked and they are going to come looking for me. Any how, if you would please, take it down and call the authorities. If you need confirmation that I'm not this other dude, that's cool, give me a jingle just google my cell number here in Michagandor-Land.
