I have had the following direct debits to my bank account:

I have only received two x bottles (60 capsules per bottle) of BIOSLIM & one bottle of BIOCLENSE (60 capsules). One of the bottles of BIOSLIM remains unopen.

I was under the impression that I was to receive one bottle of BIOSLIM & one bottle of BIOCLENSE for free on a trial basis. I was charged $3.16 US ($3.12 AUS) twice (for freight) on 29 Dec 2011 but received no product. I was overseas from the 10th January to 15th February 2012. On my return on 15th February there was one bottle of BIOSLIM, a number of days later a bottle of BIOCLEANSE was received in the mail and approximately one week ago a further bottle of BIOSLIM was received in the mail which remains unopened.

I have disputed the above charges with my bank and I am disputing the above charges with you.

As such would you please reverse the above charges to my bank account.

Also this email is my authority to you to cease immediately any further supply from you & to cease immediately any charges to my bank account.

My daughter is a physiotherapist, also natural health remedies and very senior in these industries in Australia.

If the above charges are not reversed I would have serious reservations in recommending your products & organization in Australia.

I am quite happy to return the unopened bottle of BIOSLIM.
