As others I was scamed into buying a Copy of a club. They say they are a SafeBuy member, they are not. However I wrote to them and they informed me of section 75 of the Comsumer Credit Act 1974. Call your credit company and ask for a chargeback. You have 120 days to make the claim and it is valid even if the retailer has ceased trading. If the issusing bank declines you metion the above act ( sometimes they don't seem to know their own rules). Hope this helps someone!
