Okay, so I purchased a pair of so called "ugg" boots from this store. I didn't read the shipping/returns part of it, but it doesn't matter because I figured out that I should have got my money back anyways. So here goes... I received the boots on 2/25/2012 in the mail, took the tags off (but still kept all of the packaging and tags) tried them on about three times walking around the house (just as if I was in a store trying them on and walking around, with clean socks on). I noticed that the front part of one of the boots was larger than the other. Then, I noticed that they weren't even that warm. Turns out they were not real sheep ugg boots. They were fake. So I emailed t-shirtsale.org on 2/29/2012 (addressing the matter within five days of receiving the product as it says in the "Exchanges Policy." It also states in their "Exchanges Policy" that "exchanges can only be made if the products were factory defects and/or it was under our mistake" (Exchanges Policy line 3). I understood it also says, "(if you really want to exchange, you need to pay extra handling fee $25)" (Exchanges and Policy line 4). That was fine, at least I would be getting majority of my money back. The last email I got was

" Dear customer:

Thanks for your reply,

However you have weared three times ,so the return and exchange cannot be allowed by the company.

If you didn't wear them, maybe w can exchange them for you , or you just need pay little, then we can ship new one to you.

Sorry for the inconvenience."

**My whole point was not to even have business with them anymore after receiving these boots, but they still assumed that I wanted another pair. I already told them that they are fake. Oh, I also told them that I would have paid a little extra money for real ones (in other words I don't want fake uggs)!

***To me, that sounds like a complete rip off. I also told them before that, "I didn't want them. They're fake." The whole point why I think I should be able to send them back and get a full refund is the fact that they had a picture of the boots that look just like the real ugg boots, but they don't tell you they're fake boots until you get them. Even the tags say that they are real, but they are not. I found out through searching on youtube, and a woman showed that real ugg boots don't have netting in between the outside lining and the fur on the inside.
Also, since one of the boots are larger than the other, that would be considered a defect. It does say that they can be returned if they are defects, so either way, no one should sell these to anyone (they're defected). So, my explaination shows that this was a scam, and I feel a little bit robbed.
**One more important thing to know about this website is that another website: 88boots.com pops up everytime I click on something specific on the website.
I also have all of the emails from them still, and at first they were going to give me $15 dollars back. Then they changed their mind and said since I wore them three times (when I consider that to be trying them on), the exchange and return cannot be allowed. This has been a horrible experience, and I hope that it doesn't happen again to me or anyone else by these frauds.
