i checked my online banking this morning and this company have taken 59.89 out of my account i have never heard of this company and have researched it on the interenet and believe it to be a loan company that i have never signed up to or recieved any money from. i have phoned the company and they have refused me my money back what can i do?

that is the email they have sent me i never agreed to them taking this money please help???
