We attended the presentation and were not going to buy anything and then the price was reduced and since my husband is retiring we thought we would be able to use the service for golf, hotels, cruises, airfare etc. It turns out the number that they gave us is not a 24 hour number and you have to leave a message and they don't get back to you. We returned our packet to the representatives at the presentation and they were to get back to us but have not heard anything. Please if anyone has had problems post them. We need help. (They do not have golf packages available. the hotels are only for Choice hotels.....it goes on and on. This is such false advertising. I can't believe the Hilton has allowed this group to come in and scam people.
