I ORDERED SOME CREAM ON LINE. IT SAID IT WAS £5.97. I HAVE JUST BEEN LOOKING THROUGH MY BANK STATEMENTS AND SAW THE £5.97 DEDUCTED ON 3RD JAN 2012, THEY THEN TOOK A FURTHER £79.99 ON 30 JAN 2012 AND ANOTHER £79.99 ON THE 28TH FEB 2012. I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF. HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?
