I contacted the company for services. They submitted a paper contract that for 396.36 they would find a local auto mechanic to repair my transmission if only there was a transmission problem and set up and provide a free tow for my vehicle. They set up a tow, tricked me into to thinking I actually had a transmission problem to get me to wire to money and days later I heard nothing from them, so I had to contact the shop about my property which was just sitting on their premises waiting to hear from transmission.biz because the shop confirmed the vehicle had no transmissions issues. I contacted James with transmissions.biz who promised to solve this issue never contacted me back and kept my money.

Please do not do business with this company they are out to scam victims for money. The BBB advertisement is also false I was unable to locate the business under this organization to file a complaint.
