I was given the opportunity to save $100 on gas if I just agreed to a $1.00 fee for a trial period. When I finally got the envelope in the mail to start the trial period, my credit card had already been charged $29.95, in additon to the $1.00 I agreed to. I called right away and was told my credit card would be credited for the $29.95. So far...I haven't seen the credit. Then I tried to log on to utilize the $100 in Gas rebates...but there is nothing at "www.budgetsaversonline.com/open/form/100gas". I was frustrated when I got the endless "SPECIAL OFFERS" from the one item I was interested in when I called a particular phone number. These "SPECIAL OFFERS" should be outlawed. I kept saying "NO" to every offer, except this one and so far it's been a total fraud.
