I ordered 2 jars of product which duly arrived but when I recieved my bank statement they had taken money 4 times out of my account for goods I did not order or recieve, it would seem I am one of many to be taken in with this scam,
My bank has told me to write a letter of cancellation, but I don't have an address to write to.
