Mrs Susana Stolper, the landlady and owner of ''Sue Apartments'' (Personal Information Removed), Miami Beach , Fl 33141, rents apts to Section 8 beneficiaries.But If she is renting an apt for a set price of $700, for example and Section 8 pays more,lets say $800 she inflates the price and later deduct from the Tenant's rent the extra $100 that is raised ( inflated )in the price. So people on Section 8, don't pay their share of the rent. That way she secures people that will not complain about the multiple problems of her units. Mice, Rats, electrical problems, poor plumbling,blocked back doors, People on Section 8 are suppouse to pay a share of the rent. But Mrs Susana Stolper by raising the price to the maximum allowance of Section 8 , saves the share of money the tenants are to pay and secures herself faithful tenants who are like servants to her. In another incident .Mrs Stolper had a person with a City of Miami Rent program and for an apt that she had offially priced for $800 she asked $900,because she knew that ''''it was money from the City of Miami'''', but ended up getting approved only $883... She inflated the price of a place that officially and according to the rent Roll was $800 ,, to $900, to take ''advantage'' of the City of Miami Development Office. She has problems with all her tenats for she has a '''connection' in Court that gets the people evicted without due time or process of the Law.She pays extra to that person (''her contact'') that works at the Court, and the tenant is evicted sooner than normal.She always keeps the deposit of the tenants regarless of the condition of the apts that are vacated.She never returns ANY Deposit whatsoever... she has made a business out of keeping the Deposit of 9 of her last tenants that she evicted or '''had problems with''. 1)Mr Levy, 2)Mrs Cecile, 3)Mr marco del Rio, 4)Mrs Maria Herraiz ,5)Mr Rosendo, 6)Mr Jesus Guevara, 7) Mr Manning, 8) Mrs Gia who killed herself ( committed Suicide ) in the property perhaps out of frustration. and , 9) Mr Sosa.ME WHO SHE KEEP MY DEPOSITOF $ 400 ,BROKE THE LEASE AND CAUSE ME PAIN AND EXPENSES FOR MOVING
A TOTAL OF 9 PEOPLE !!! She had problems with and evicted in less than 3 months .
She also keeps on the second floor ONE apt divided by 3 ,, with separate kitchens and batrooms but no floor plan, she rents those rooms illegally.The Second floor is suppouse to be ONE SINGLE APARTMENT not 4 apts.. The Sundeck on the secod floor was builded without plan or permit.The Effiency on the street level is illegal too. Mrs Stolper thinks she is above the Law. She boast of her ''connections'' at the Court and how she can get the people out of her property without due process or required minimum time.and keeping their Deposit.. She boast that she won't rent to Blacks and when one of the Tenants , Mr Jesus Guevara had a Black friend over to visit him, she told him that'' she did not like ''monkeys'' Simmians '' in her property.She needs to be investigated..She abuses and mistreat her tenants.. In less than 3 months 9 people hah had to leave her property while she kept their Deposits. She is a very evil person , Racist, Abusive, Dictatorial. She needs to be investigated and STOPPED !!
