I purchased WEN Haircare products online in November of last year. A free bottle of multivitamins (Endless Youth) was included as a promotion. The next month another bottle of Endless Youth multivitamins appeared on my doorstep along with a bill for $119. I contacted customer service and they sent me a mailing label to return the package. I was to wait six weeks for a full refund. My credit card was adjusted in February so I believed all the charges were resolved. Today I checked my credit card statement and discovered another $29.95 was charged to my account. I immediately contacted customer service and they explained that the returned vitamins were received but the cancellation of my installment payment was never entered into their computer. The operator said another bottle of vitamins was sent out to me on February 1st (which I do not want and have yet to receive.) Now I am waiting for yet another mailing label and I must return the second bottle and wait another six weeks for a credit to appear on my statement. Anyone who falls for this scam needs to hold onto all cancellation E-Mails and file them away for at least one year. Write down the names and ID numbers of any customer service operators you speak to and make photocopies of any mailing labels they send you.
