I ordered a 14 day FREE trial of ProSlim, No where in the add did it say any thing called Firbra Detox or that the product would cost me $88.98. I received my free trial on July 25, they say my free trial was up on August 1st? that is not 14 days, maybe 14 days from when i originally ordered it but I haven't even finished my free trial and they automatically sent me a months supply and changed my card $88.98. I tried to cancel but the customer service rep named RICHARD would not even listen to what I had to say, he kept cutting me off and talking over me. Not a very customer service friendly company if you ask me. These companies make their money off of scamming people into ordering their products. He said when i receive my order I can return it and they will refund my money but it will take 2-4 weeks to do so. I knwo this is my fault for giving out my information but the way he spoke over me and wouldn't even let me speak to him was very upsetting and only made me angrier. If he would have at least treated me with respect and let me explain myself. I tried calling back to see if I could get a different person to talk to but RICHARD was the only person answering the phone. He said he was the manager. I'm just worried that when I do get the order in the mail and try to send it back and cancel it then, that they still will not cancel it. Especially if when you call to talk to customer service, you get RICHARD who doesn't let you get a word in edgewise and talks over you so you can't even hear yourself speak. If I do not get my money back and this resolved I will be going to the Auditor General about this, I work for the Treasury Department and can get this resolved one way for another!!
