I ordered and received these products on a free trial basis and paid shipping only. After using for two weeks and saw no changes, I called to cancel any future shipments. On March 2nd, I received a jar of Pura Silk and my credit card was charged 74.94. After calling customer service for a return authorization, I was told I had to call two different companies to cancel future shipments and they would not accept a return even though the jar was still sealed in the box! This is a first for me, and an expensive lesson well learned. Any company who doesn't guarantee their product is worthless, to say the least!!!!!
