I read that to "Mindy" who then pointed out the last sentence of that paragraph which read, "NOTE: No refunds will be issued from our Lifestyles Autoshipment Program once they have already shipped." She absolutely would not do anything because she said she had no record that I called. How convenient for them.

They ship every 30 days. NO ONE could use a full jar of the cream in 30 days. DO NOT get caught up with this company. Just look at the similar complaints listed on this site.
