This company called me and had told me i was going to have a lawsuit filed against me because of an old payday loan debt i had and if i paid them five hundred dollars now it will be settled ... i did pay them because they had scared me to think it was true... i filed a dispute through my bank but because i had "authorized" the payment over the phone..i will not get a refund.I need to know if there is any way possible to take further action on getting my money back.
